How do I get my ski tuned?

Step one.

Order the product you are interested in.

Step two.

Go to "Downloads" tab, and download the form. Fill out this form with your information. This helps speed the process and allows us to contact you and give updates on order.

Step three.

Remove your ECU from your ski. If you are unsure how to do this, contact us and we will help you with any questions you have. Its very simple. This takes 5 minutes or less to remove.

Step four.

Send ECU and downloaded form, and you are done!

What is the turnaround time?

Typical turn around time in shipping back to you within 24hrs. If you are in a rush and need it asap, please contact us for an exact time frame. Generally speaking, you can send on monday via priority mail, and have it back in your ski by the weekend.
